1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using any services offered by PT Siraindo Abadi Makmur trading as Samofis ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Services
Samofis provides workspace solutions including:
- Virtual Office — registered business address, mail handling, and optional phone answering.
- Meeting Rooms — hourly and full-day booking of equipped meeting facilities.
- Coworking Space — hot desks and dedicated desks on daily or monthly basis.
- Private Office — fully furnished private suites on monthly or annual contract.
3. Registration & Account
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment
All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to applicable VAT (PPN 11%) as required by Indonesian tax law. Invoices must be paid within the due date stated. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Payment is accepted via our online payment gateway (Xendit) — virtual account, e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA), QRIS, or card.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Virtual Office contracts are non-refundable once activated. Meeting Room and Coworking bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit to your account. No-shows are non-refundable.
6. Use of Address
The registered address provided under a Virtual Office plan may be used for legal business registration through OSS and as a mailing address. It may not be used for retail, manufacturing, warehousing, or any activities physically conducted at our premises without a separate agreement.
7. Partner Program
Partners who refer clients agree that commission rates are determined monthly based on the number of active clients in that calendar month. Rates are non-cumulative and reset on the 1st of each month. Commission is paid within 7 working days of month-end, subject to verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Samofis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the District Court of Central Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat).
